The lady below had a bulge
above a "bikini" line gynaecology scar. Many women who
have had Caesarian sections or other gynaecological
operations have these horizontal scars. They are very
cosmetic and can be hidden away.
However, sometimes the scar
can pull in and so a roll of fat can bulge over the top
of the scar. This can be treated by removing the fat
above the scar using laser liposuction.
Above and below are the
before and after photos of a lady who wanted to get rid
of such a bulge. The photos above show the 2 tiny
incisions are almost invisible even at 2 weeks. The
photos below show that the bulge, which was visible even
through jeans (under the belt).
